1. Improve filling compatibility

The filling module is based on the principles of fluid mechanics and advanced sensing technology to achieve accurate and quantitative delivery of ice balls. This upgrade adds control valves to the filling module, which can flexibly adjust the filling volume according to different product specifications to meet diversified production needs.

2. Upgrade the sealing film

In the sealing process, the filling and sealing film combines the cutting-edge technology of heat conduction, mechanical pressure and material science. Upgrade the photoelectric detection means, can accurately heat seal the cup ice, heat seal using high temperature to make the sealing material quickly melt and bond together to form a sealed package, effectively prevent the ice melt leakage;

3. Buckle cover upgrade

In the automatic capping section, a device for capping the mouth of the filled material bottle. Through the pneumatic suction cup, the cup ice can be accurately capped to ensure the correct positioning of the lid and proper tightening strength, which can better ensure the health and safety of the cup ice.
